Perfect for keeping kids busy - from preschoolers on up into the elementary age - there is the perfect snowman for everybody here.

Paper Plate Snowman

What you need to make your snowman:

What You Do:

1. Glue the 2 wiggly eyes to the small paper plate. This is your snowman's head. Glue on a button for a nose and draw a mouth.

2. Now cut a hat out of the black construction paper. Glue onto the your snowman's head.

3. Glue the head on to one of the larger paper plates. Add the second large paper plate to the bottom. Glue buttons down your snowman's front.

4. Cut a scarf from the felt and glue it at the neck of your snowman.

5. Now you can clue the twigs to the back of the paper plates at the sides for arms or you can cut them out of brown construction paper if you don't have twigs.

NOTE: You can also make this snowman out of fun foam. Just trace and draw circles the size you need. Use foam instead of construction paper for the hat, arms and buttons.

Fluffy Snowman

What you need for your picture:

What you do:

1. Draw a snowman on the construction paper. Now you can draw the snowman's eyes, nose and hat or glue them on him - use wiggly eyes, yarn for a scarf or black felt for his hat.

2. Pull apart the cotton balls and glue bits of fluffy cotton all over your snowman.

3. Spread a light coat of paint across your picture and sprinkle glitter to look like snow if you like.
