Kids love stickers but they are not always wise in their choice of placement of the stickers.
So instead of having stickers stuck to the chairs, tables, floor and cabinets, help kids make a sticker book to fill with all their favorite stickers. The books are made with wax paper, which allows stickers to be removed from the book and stuck other places if need be. Or kids can take them off and put them back on as a game, which helps work on fine motor skills. A sticker pad and sticker book can also be a great thing to occupy kids during a car or plane ride. The craft can also be altered to create sketch pads or note pads by using copy paper or notebook paper. Material Needed
Making Sticker Books
Allow kids to decorate the front cover with glitter glue or foam paint to make it their own or write a special message and give it as a gift. With a pad of stickers, this can be the perfect birthday present for a little girl or boy. To make a note book exchange the wax paper with notebook paper and for a sketch pad use drawing paper. With a decorative cover, either could be given as a gift for journaling or sketching.
