Use simple ingredients to make your own SIlly Putty.
Silly putty is so much fun! You can pull it, stretch it, use it to lift ink off of newspaper - the ideas go on and on. Kids (and adults) can spend hours playing with this stuff. It's a great stress reliever too! Here is a simple recipe for making your own silly putty. And March is the perfect month to make some - it's silly putty's birthday. What you do: You want to add 2 parts of white glue to 1 part of liquid starch. So if you use 1/2 cup of white glue use 1/4 cup of starch. Mix the ingredients together well. Let it try for a little while before using. Store in an airtight container.
